历史学考研主要考历史学、外国语、政治，这三门科目。1、历史学，通史(中国古代史30%、中国近代史20%、世界古代史20%、世界近代史30%)，一共300分，答题时间3个小时。20道选择题，每题2分;8道名词解释，每题10分;2道材料分析，每题30分;4道简答题，每题30分。时间会足够的，不用担心。2、外国语满分100分 考试时间180分钟，根据考的不同语种，考试内容也有所差别，一般参加英语考试的最多，英语考试包括阅读理解和写作，主要考查词汇及语言运用能力，另外还有俄语和日语，考生可以根据所学外国语语种的不同来选择考试语种。
