With the development of the times, the society requires higher and higher quality of accounting information. While the traditional financial accounting has three limitations, i.e., historicism, one-sidedness and narrow-mindedness, which have influences on the quality of accounting information. This article discusses the impact of these limitations of financial accounting  on the quality of accounting information, and suggests corresponding solutions.
