好习惯 一个人的健康成长要从好习惯养起，这的确是经验之谈。 平时要养成好习惯，必须从身边的小事、大事做起。比如生活习惯：每天按时起床，不睡懒觉，晚上不看电视，八点睡觉。做到早睡早起身体才能健康。每顿家里做什么就吃什么，不挑食，不要饥一顿饱一顿，这样才能健康成长。学习也要养成良好的习惯：做到课前要预习，上课要认真听讲，课后要独立完成作业，不懂就问，不会就学。平时还要做到多读书，读好书，学习成绩就会提高很快。 我按以上几点要求自己，从中尝到了甜头，身体健康、学习成绩也越来越好，让好习惯伴我成长吧。
