Time and again, parents are encouraged to “lead by example.” But what happens when parents need some examples themselves? A recent survey by the National Association for Sport & Physical Education (NASPE) revealed that 80 percent of parents of 6-11-year-olds feel they are responsible for their child’s studying and safety . At the same time, children’s activity levels have dropped and the number of high school children has become more far way to their partent.The end result: many parents feel guilty for children’s low activity levels, but they’re exposed to fewer examples of ways to raise active families.so be more actives and have more family time .especially when they still are in adolescence.becasue it is the time period between the beginning of puberty and adulthood.
