With development of science and technology , people do many things on the Internet. Of course ,the Internet is convenient for us . We can surf it to find some useful information and get the current things. Besides, we can also listen to music to make us relaxed and reduce pressure . Sometimes we can make online friends. However, the Internet has some disadvantages. Being exposed to radition caused by computer too long will do harm to our health. Besides, people may get near-sighted because of using computer too much. What's worse ,spending too much time on it will affect study. Finally making online friends is not safe. So in my opinion, we should make proper use of the Internet. Only in that way can the Internet be a useful tool.
