Dear Dell supplier,
This letter is to complain about service I recently received from your technology engineer staff ID 583747 & 583754.
I called Dell on Jun 12, 2010 to find out how to deal with a problem I’ve had with my Dell laptop inspiron mini 10, Service No.106VHJ1(bought on July ,2009 which still in warranty time). After I had been on hold for several minutes, I had to explain my problem to your staffs several times that my laptop LCD has several dead pixel (sorry I am not a professional, let me say for the time being) he asked me to check my laptop LCD by myself and therefore I do it repeatedly for about 30 min and then send them the photos. Your stuffs put me on hold for several minutes, then returned to say he could not help me and I asked them for future solution and who can tackle it, they said they can not provide me other support number or any other service but will gave me a returning phone in about 2-3 working days, my warranty time is very approached, I guess maybe after several days, they can say oh, your laptop is not my business.
Needless to say, I was quite frustrated.
I expected a much higher level of service from your company, and I am quite disappointed. Because I do not want to spend any more time on this problem, I will be informing my friends and family about this experience. When somebody or your potential clients ask me if they should chose Dell products, I think I should say no.
