Dear Sir/Madam,

RE: The poor quality of dictionary sold.

I am writing this letter to complain about the poor quality of dictionary you have in your shop.

I bought an English dictionary at your shop yesterday afternoon at about 3.30 p.m. I went home after the purchase. When i was at home, i took the dictionary out from the plastic cover and realised that there are faults in the dictionary. The dictionary is not printed properly. The printing is very blur and the words are difficult to decipher. The pages are also falling out from the dictionary.

I would like to claim my rights and request for an exchange of dictionary. I wish you can improve the service you have in your shop and ensure the quality of things you sell in your shop is up to standard. I sincerely thank you for your understanding and help.
