how to reduce the city's present population
The population in China has increasdrapidly,We must take measures to reduse the city's present population.
What can we do ?First of all,the new lovers shouldn't marry urgently in order to ruduce the hard situation.In addition,the new couples ought to have one baby because it can prevent the population from increasing too fast and the human fertility will also be reduced.
secondly,the goverment should make laws to control the workers who are from other places to go to the city freely.there must be clearly rules for the nonlocal people.It's will be useful to decrease the city's pressure.
last but not least,it's nessary to build some social facilities in the outskirts such as hospitals,schools,shppong malls ,cinemas to attract people to live there.if there are no diffences between city center and outskirt.the citizens will be happy to choose the outskirt becouse of the good environment.at the same time,there will be more free zones in the center.
i believe our city will be more beautiful and the problems of the population will be solved later.
