英语明信片的语言和结构特点

明信片有时被称为贺卡（card for congratulation），它是一种印制好的简单的书信，多是节日到来前相互赠送礼品，属书信的替代品。
一. 明信片的写作方法
明信片由的基本格式可用书信式，有称呼、正文、署名三个部分。如果文字内容允许，采用对称式或斜列式，则会显得更美观。
明信片上祝贺人署名前，有时用from…，被祝贺人前也可用To…，但这两词也可省略。
随着外来节日的引入和各种社交的增多，贺卡的名目也不断增加，写赠言的难度也逐渐加大。如不同的节日，不同的目的，不同的赠送对象，贺卡名称不同，其赠言也各不相同。因此要写好明信片，必须学习一些习惯表达方式，以表达节日的祝福、生日的祝愿、友谊的永存等。下面试选择几类贺卡常用语供参考使用。
1. 新年贺卡（Cards for New Year）
每当新年来临之际，人们都相互赠送贺卡，表示祝福，共度佳节。
祝贺新年常用语：
Happy New year！新年快乐！
Wishing you luck this year and forever. 愿你年年好运。
Wishing you the best of luck in the new year. 新年行大运。
Wishing peace and good luck throughout the years. 年年如意，岁岁平安。
Please extend my wishes of good luck to your family. 请将我的祝福转达给你的家人。
I hope that you come into a good fortune this year. 祝你今年发大财。

当春节到来之际，中国人为恭贺节日愉快，大吉大利，相互赠送贺卡，表达心意。
一般祝福用语：
This year will be the best one yet. 今年将是最幸运的一年。
Good luck in the year ahead, 新年好运到。
Best wishes for the new year. 恭贺新禧。
I hope you find your pot of gold. 祝您招财进宝。
祝贺父母用语：
I want to wish you longevity and health. 愿您福寿安康。
Sometimes it may not seem like it, but I really do love you. 有时也许好像不是这样，但是我真的爱您。
